Board Exam 2024: Haryana, UK Board to commence Class 10, 12 theory exams from today
HBSE, UBSE Board Exam 2024: A total of 5,25,353 regular students will appear in the Haryana Class 10, 12 exams. Exam timings, instructions to be followed.

NEW DELHI: The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) and Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE) will commence the Class 10, 12 board exams 2024 from today. Around 5,80,533 regular and private students will be appearing in the Haryana Board Class 10, 12 exams 2024 at various exam centres.
The UK Board will conduct both Class 10 and 12 exams 2024 from February 27 to March 16, whereas the BSEH 10th, 12th exams will be held till March 26 and April 2 respectively.
Both the state boards have asked the students to reach the exam hall at least 30 minutes before the exam commences. Students should make sure that they carry the admit cards along with the school ID card. The HBSE will conduct the board exams from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm and the UK Board will hold exams from 10 am.
How many are appearing for HBSE Board exam 2024
The Haryana Board recently displayed the roll number of eligible students to appear in the exam. It has also informed students that it will not rectify discrepancies in photograph or signature once the exam begins.
The HBSE Class 10 students will appear for language papers and Class 12 students will sit for computer science paper. On the other hand, UK Board Class 12 exams will begin with Hindi and Class 10 with Hindustani Music.

The Uttarakhand Board will conduct the maths, social science, science for a total of 80 marks and the remaining 20 will be based on the internal assessment. The language paper, however, will carry 100 marks. All state boards set a minimum passing mark ranging between 33% to 35%. Students who obtain the minimum pass percentage will be declared pass.
