NEW DELHI: Institute of Management Technology (IMT Ghaziabad) conducted campus placement drive 2024 for students pursuing PGDM-dual country programme. The average salary package offered during the placement drive was Rs 17.07 lakh per annum (LPA). The highest salary package offered was Rs 34.76 LPA.
IMT Ghaziababd said the average pay of top 10 jobs is Rs 28.64 LPA this year. The mean salary package of top 20 students is Rs 25.15 LPA. Few students were also placed in companies based in the UAE. Those who opted for Dubai placements received the highest package of AED 13,000 per month (approximately Rs 2.95 lakh) and an average monthly salary package of AED 8,800 (approximately 1.99 lakh).
Students have been offered jobs by companies such as Ciber Digital Consultants LLC, Landmark Group, Arcesium India Private Limited, Jubilant Foodworks, Sharaf DG, Rak Ceramic, CAMB AI, Smart FX, Integrace Health, Wipro and Bajaj Consumer Care.

The two-year programme PGDM-DCP offers students the opportunity to spend one year each in India and the UAE. It aims to provide exposure to multicultural business environments and develop an international perspective instrumental in building a global career.
