Candidates will be allowed to edit their JEE Main 2026 session 2 application form by February 28, up to 11:50 pm. “Since this is a one-time facility given to help candidates, they are advised to make corrections carefully, as no further chance will be provided,” the NTA said.
The JEE Main 2026 correction window is available for both categories of candidates – those who registered for session 1 between October 31 and November 27 and also applied for session 2, and new candidates who applied only for session 2 from February 1 to 25.

Candidates will have to pay any extra fee caused by the changes made during the JEE Main correction window using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Once the NTA JEE Mains 2026 form correction facility for session 2 is over, the JEE Main session 2 city slip 2026 will be issued for the candidates whose application form is accepted successfully.
Candidates cannot edit five important details during the JEE Main 2026 correction window, including their mobile number, e-mail address, permanent and present address, emergency contact details, and live or uploaded photograph.
How to edit JEE Main 2026 application form?
Candidates can edit their JEE Main 2026 session 2 application form by following the steps given below.
- Go to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the “Correction Window for JEE(Main) – 2026 [Session – II]” link.
- Log in using your application number, password, and captcha.
- Make the necessary corrections in the JEE Main session 2 application form.
- Click on the “submit” button and pay the JEE Main form correction fee.
- Take a printout of the edited application form and save it for your future reference.
