MCC NEET UG Counselling 2024: Stray vacancy round seat allotment today; things to keep in mind

Try NowNEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the seat allotment result for the stray vacancy round of the National Eligibility Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) counselling 2024 today, October 29. Candidates who participated in the counselling for MBBS, BDS programmes will be able to check their allotment status online on the official website, mcc.nic.in.

Candidates will be able to download the NEET UG allotment order 2024 using their login credentials. Apart from individual results, MCC will also release the NEET UG seat allotment result PDF mentioning the name of candidates and the courses and colleges allotted to them.
As per the NEET UG counselling schedule 2024, students who secure a seat in the last round will have to report to the allotted institute anytime between October 30 and November 5.
MCC had informed that if a candidate does not join the allotted seat in the final round of counselling, he or she will be debarred from NEET exam for one year along with forfeiture of fees.
NEET UG Counselling 2024: Documents required for admission
Candidates will require the following documents in original as well as their attested photocopies, at the time of reporting:
- Allotment letter issued by MCC
- NEET UG 2024 admit card
- NEET UG 2024 result or rank card
- Date of birth certificate (if matric certificate does not bear the same)
- Class 10 certificate
- Class 12 certificate
- Class 12 marksheet
- Eight passport-size photographs same as that affixed on the application form.
- Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
- NRI candidates should bring passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate, sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsorer is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of study), relationship affidavit (relation of candidate with the sponsorer)
- For OCI/PIO/Foreign national candidates citizenship certificate/card number documents are mandatory
- SC or ST certificate, if applicable
- OBC-NCL certificate if applicable
- Disability certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized medical board in an online format by the designated centers, if applicable
- EWS certificate, if applicable
