SSC issues JE, CHSL 2025 tier 2 city slip, admit card dates; exam on April 7, 10

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the release dates for the city intimation slip, admit cards, and the scribe facility for the Junior Engineer (JE) 2025 Paper 2 and Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) 10+2 Tier 2 examinations on its official website, ssc.gov.in.
As per the schedule, the SSC JE Paper 2 city intimation slip will be released on March 27, while the SSC CHSL Tier 2 city intimation slip will be issued on April 10.
The commission will conduct the SSC JE Paper 2 on April 7, with the admit card to be released on April 4. Meanwhile, the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam is scheduled for April 10, and its admit card will be issued on April 7.

Candidates who want to use their own scribe facility for the SSC JE, CHSL exams may need to register a new scribe on the commission’s website, as all scribe registrations done before November 5, 2025, have been removed.

“Scribe registration is now linked to Aadhaar authentication. So, anyone who wants to register or appear as a scribe must complete a fresh registration on the commission’s website,” the SSC statement said.
“Candidates who want to use their own scribe facility must provide the scribe’s registration number to get the entry pass. The maximum age limit for scribes will follow the updated policy, while all other rules remain the same as per the exam notice,” the statement stated.
Candidates appearing for SSC JE Paper 2 must link their scribe’s OTR by April 3 (11 pm), while SSC CHSL Tier 2 candidates must do so by April 5 (11 pm). The scribe entry pass will be issued only after this mapping is completed successfully.
The commission recently announced the SSC JE 2025 paper 1 results , with 15,607 candidates shortlisted for paper 2. Of these, 11,593 will appear for the civil engineering exam, and 4,014 for electrical and mechanical exams.
For SSC CHSL 2025, over 39,000 candidates have been shortlisted for Tier 2, out of more than 11 lakh who appeared for the exam.
