BTech Admissions 2025 LIVE: AEEE, JEE Mains registration open; MET, SRMJEE, VITEEE updates

JEE Mains 2025, AEEE, GUJCET exam dates out. Registration updates on MET, SRMJEEE, VITEEE and other state-level engineering exams.

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 registration process for session 1. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the JEE Main 2025 January session by visiting the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE Mains 2025 registration deadline is November 22. The JEE Mains 2025 session 1 will be conducted from January 22 to 31, and Session 2 from April 1 to 8.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has announced that the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering AEEE 2025 phase 1 will be conducted on February 1 and 2. The AEEE 2025 registration has been extended to January 20, earlier it was January 7. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has also announced the GUJCET 2025 exam date. The GUJCET 2025 exam will be held on March 23, 2025. GUJCET 2025 registration will open on January 25. The GUJCET 2025 registration deadline is February 25.

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has started registration for its Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2025, with the application form now available on the official website, manipal.edu. The MET 2025 registration deadline is March 15, and the exam dates are yet to be announced.

Registration details for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2025 and SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Exam (SRMJEEE) 2025 are expected in early November. The registration process for BITSAT 2025, conducted by BITS Pilani, is likely to begin in January.

BTech Admissions 2025: State-level engineering entrance exams

State-level engineering entrance exams are also a gateway for students to gain admission to undergraduate engineering programmes across local state colleges. Maharashtra conducts the MHT CET, while WBJEE serves as the gateway for engineering colleges in West Bengal. TS EAMCET and AP EAMCET are held in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, to fill seats in engineering, agriculture, and medical streams. Kerala’s engineering aspirants may appear for the KEAM, and KCET is popular in Karnataka. OJEE in Odisha also facilitate state-level engineering admissions.
