IIM Lucknow Placements 2024: 634 offers; highest international package at Rs 1.23 crore

NEW DELHI: 576 students of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow who participated in the final placements for the 38th batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and 19th batch of Postgraduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM) secured 634 offers.

The highest international package (CTC) offered to a student stood at Rs 1.23 crore per annum (CPA), while the highest domestic salary package stood at Rs 65 lakh per annum. The average mean salary of students remained around Rs 30 LPA.

Students were placed across various roles in consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations and retail, and e-Commerce with top recruiters from across the globe.

The recruitment drive saw over 250 domestic and international recruiters. The top recruiters include ABG, Accenture, Adani Group, Bain & Company, BCG, Deloitte, Jio Financial Services, Kearney, McKinsey, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, PwC, Samagra, Shell, VISA, Target, and TAS, among others.

In the FMCG, consumer goods, telecom, digital media sectors, top firms such as AbInBev, Airtel, Bajaj Consumer Care, Dabur, Delhivery, Essar Group, HUL, Procter & Gamble, and others actively participated.

From the BFSI sector were companies like Avendus Capital, ADM Capital, Arpwood Capital, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, ICICI Securities, IIFL, JM Financial, Kaabil Finance, NIIF, and O3 Capital, offering diverse roles in investment research, corporate, wholesale, retail banking, market research, trading, and operations.

Professor Priyanka Sharma, chairperson of Students' Affairs and Placement, attributed this success to the exceptional pedagogy and values instilled in students at IIM Lucknow.
