BREAKING | NEET PG counselling schedule 2024 out at mcc.nic.in; apply for round 1 by November 17

NEW DELHI: After much-delay, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has uploaded the National Eligibility Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2024 schedule. Candidates can now download the MCC NEET PG counselling schedule 2024 through the official website, mcc.nic.in. The NEET PG round 1 counselling registration will be closed on November 17.

The classes for PG medical courses will commence from December 20, the MCC notified in the state NEET PG counselling schedule. NEET PG-qualified candidates will have to register and fill choices of courses and colleges in the order of preference before the deadline. As per the NEET PG 2024 counselling dates, the choice filling window will be activated on November 8 and candidates will be given a 10-day time period to lock choices.

The NEET PG round 1 counselling allotment results will be declared on November 20. This year, the counselling for admission into MD, MS, PG diploma courses was delayed, however, the MCC did not provide any clarification.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is likely to resume NEET PG hearing against the National Board of Examination in Medical Science (NBEMS) on November 19.

The NEET PG 2024 round 1 counselling 2024 registration process commenced on September 20. The NEET PG 2024 exam was conducted on August 11. A total of 2,28,540 registered candidates, out of which 2,16,136 candidates appeared for the exam across two shifts. The NEET PG results were announced on August 23, 2024.

• National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for postgraduate 2024
• NEET PG admit card 2024 issued by NBE
• NEET PG result 2024, scorecard
• MBBS mark sheets of first, second and third professional examinations
• Provisional, degree certificate of MBBS
• Internship completion certificate
• Permanent, provisional registration certificate issued by MCI
• High school, higher secondary, date of birth certificate as proof of birth date
• A valid photo-identity proof (PAN, Aadhaar, voter ID, Passport, driving license)
• SC, ST, OBC, OPH certificate (as applicable).
