The NTA has issued the NEET UG 2026 advisory and instructions to update the Aadhar card/UDID card/category certificate before filling the application form of NEET 2026.

The authority is expected to conduct the NEET 2026 exam on May 3, 2026. The NEET 2026 will be administered for admission to MBBS/BDS, B.V.Sc, and AYUSH courses in the government and private medical colleges of India. The NTA will publish the NEET UG application form at the official website exams.nta.ac.in/NEET. The NEET 2026 will be held in offline mode, and a total of 180 questions of 4 marks each will be asked in the exam.

- Fill in the personal details to generate an Application Number and Password.
- After the credentials are generated, log in to enter personal details, academic qualifications, and exam city preferences.
- Upload the details such as photograph (10-200 kb), signature (4-30 kb), and documents.
- Pay the application fees and submit the form.
