NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced that the facility to raise objections against the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) answer key for tier 1 exam has been extended till October 8 due to heavy load on server. Candidates who appeared for tier 1 exam can challenge SSC CGl answer key 2024 by visiting the official website, ssc.gov.in.
The commission released the SSC CGL tier 1 answer key 2024 on October 3. “However, it has been observed that due to heavy load on the server, the response time of the system is slightly longer. It has accordingly been decided to extend the last date upto which the facility will be live from 06.10.2024 (06:00 PM) to 08.10.2024 (06:00 PM). All other terms and conditions mentioned in the Notice dated 03.10.2024 remain the same,” SSC said in an official notice.
Earlier, the last date to raise objections against the tentative answer keys was October 6. Candidates will have to login with their registration number and password to download the answer key.
Those participants who are not satisfied with the preliminary answer keys can challenge them by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs 100 and uploading documents in support of their claim.
Here’s how candidates can challenge the SSC CGL answer key 2024 tier 1:
SSC CGL tier 1 exam was conducted from September 9 to 26. The question paper consisted of four sections having 25 questions and carrying 50 marks each. As per the marking scheme, there will be negative marking and 0.50 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
